The difference between logo’s designed for the internet and for print.
Answer– Logo’s designed for the internet are designed in RGB (Red, Green and Blue) colours, this system is used on display screens to generate colours and saved at 72dpi. 72dpi (72 Dots Per Inch) is a lesser quality than that for print and it enables web sites to load quickly.
Logos designed for print are designed in CYMK (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black) this system is used in many print processes to generate colours, it is then saved at 300dpi (300 Dots Per Inch) for maximum print quality.
